Professionals from across Missouri gather each year at the Missouri Pest Management Association Annual Conference, providing a unique opportunity for networking and reaching a wide group of customers. Participation in this event provides your organization with many opportunities to make direct contact with people working to provide the best in Pest Management Services. Those attending the conference represent all sectors of the industry from government and private industry to nonprofit and educational institutions. The MPMA Annual Conference serves as one of the biggest gatherings of pest control professionals in Missouri, as well as those directly and indirectly involved in these efforts.

Exhibitors

Dear Exhibitors,
Your support is important and essential and we want to ensure your time is well spent and that your investment in us is rewarding. There will be several opportunities during the two-day event in which attendees are encouraged to visit with exhibitors, including multiple breaks and meals. Exhibitors will be recognized throughout the conference and will receive special recognition in the conference program and in our digital newsletter.

Equipment & Booth Setup

Exhibitors with special needs will need to contact the MPMA office in advance of the Conference.
Exhibitors may begin setting up their booth beginning at 7:00 am on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
Booths must be dismantled and materials removed at the conclusion of the lunch on Friday, December 5, 2025.

Meeting Registration

Each paid exhibitor booth includes ONE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION to the full conference, meeting sessions and meals.
Additional exhibit staff will need to purchase this on the registration form.

Booth Placement

Exhibitors will select their own booth locations on the attached registration page. Select 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices based on the diagram provided.
A space is not reserved until full payment is received by the exhibitor. Space is limited and booth preference is not guaranteed.

Late Fee & Cancellation Policy

MPMA reserve the right to cancel this program and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. Any cancellation made by an exhibitor must be submitted in writing to the MPMA office. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed to all cancellations, and the difference refunded, on all cancellations made by an exhibitor.
No refunds will be given after Friday, November 21, 2025.

Liability

Exhibitor, on signing the contract for exhibit space, expressly releases the Missouri Pest Management Association, its members and representatives from any and all claims of injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, exhibitor’s employees, or exhibitor’s property from any cause whatsoever.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Stoney Creek Hotel, 18011 Bass Pro Drive, Independence, MO 64055, for $120.00 for Queen/King Room. The cutoff date to make your reservations is Friday, November 7, 2025.

Re-Certification Credits

Missouri: APPROVED for recertification credits in Core- General Standards, Category 7A- Structural Pest Control, and 7B- Termite Pest Control for December 4, 2025 and recertification credit in Core- General Standards and Category 3- Ornamental and Turf Pest Control for December 5, 2025.
Kansas: APPROVED for recertification: 4.5 CEUs for Subcategory 3A – Ornamental Pest Control; 5.5 CEUs for Subcategory 3B – Turf Pest Control; 3.0 CEUs for Subcategory 7A – Wood-Destroying Pest Control; 2.0 CEUs for Subcategory 7D – Health-Related Pest Control; 4.5 CEUs for Subcategory 7E – Structural Pest Control and 2.0 CEUs for Category 8 – Public Health Pest Control.
Illinois: APPROVED for 8.45 CEU’s on December 4, 2025, and 6 CEU’s on December 5, 2025.
Arkansas: APPROVED for recertification: 3 hours for Missouri Core topics: waste, safety, endangered species, supervision, pesticide challenges and state laws; 2.75 hours on 7A mosquitoes, bed bugs, rodents; 2.75 hours on termites. December 5 will be Category 3 and Core again.
